About

I am a science fiction fanatic, anything and everything. The first introduction to sci-fi I remember is my mother telling me about this new show coming to TV and that she thought I might like to see it. So there we were one evening sitting in front of the neighbors TV (they had color) and on came STAR TREK, the original show in 1966. Yep, I have been a Trekkie ever since. I have of course since then read almost every sci-fi book I could get my hands on and seen every TV show and movie I could. The books always were the best because it was my imagination of the scenes that was the beginning of this ART for me.

I attended OU and studied Mechanical Engineering, Physics, Chemistry, Computer Science, and Applied Mathematics to the Sciences. I was on the 6 year program because I had a lot of things I wanted to learn and my fascination with Science and everything scientific kept me learning. This is where I had my first exposure to CG Art, and fractals.

I use the following programs to create my art, either independently or in combination.

  • Apophysis
  • Vue
  • Daz 3D
  • Poser
  • Hexagon
  • Carrara (still learning)
  • Corel PSP (paint shop pro)
  • Corel Painter
  • Adobe Photoshop
  • IrfanView

I currently live in Pennsylvania with my beautiful wife and two children.
